Tickets and entry

Tickets are valid only for the event/category shown and remain subject to live gate validation. A copied, cancelled, refunded, transferred-away or already-used ticket may be refused at the gate.

Prices, discounts and passes

The checkout total shown before payment is authoritative for that order. Promotional, group and dynamic-pricing rules may have eligibility, quantity, time or usage limits. Season/multi-match passes cover only the fixtures/categories listed at purchase.

Prepaid account balance

The stadium prepaid wallet is stored value for eligible purchases on this platform. It is separate from Apple Wallet or Google Wallet ticket passes. Wallet funding and spending appear in the customer ledger.

Transfers and refunds

An eligible ticket may be transferred before entry. Once accepted, the recipient becomes the ticket holder. Refund eligibility follows the event/refund policy displayed in the platform and approved wallet-paid refunds return to the prepaid balance.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to alter QR codes, bypass purchase limits, automate abusive requests, interfere with gate scanning or access another customer’s account/ticket.

Service availability

Event schedules and operational conditions can change. Official updates shown by the platform or communicated through enabled notification channels should be checked before travel.
